If I'm reading the tea leaves correctly, I think the Howard Terminal Ballpark Plan is now past tense. Like it ain't gonna happen, like I thought from the start. Too many moving parts.

The Athletics' exclusive agreement with the Port of Oakland to build at Howard Terminal is set to expire on Friday.
AKA their ENA. Friday, like today.
The Port of Oakland had a Board Meeting yesterday.

Agenda:
They were set to negotiate in Closed Session (where the public can't listen) but I don't think the Oakland Athletics Investment Group LLC even turned up. It's usually easy-peasy for a developer to be granted an extension, but it wasn't even on the agenda, though they heard public comments.
Like I expected, it was just a matter of time, Fisher pulled the plug.
