The World Series is on to Game 6, with the Atlanta Braves holding a 3-2 lead over the Houston Astros. The Braves are one win away from winning the championship, but it ain’t over till it’s over.
In Game 5 on Sunday, Atlanta almost clinched. They took an early lead with four runs in the 1st inning, but the Astros roared back to earn a 9-5 victory.
The series now shifts back to Houston for Game 6. On the mound for the Astros is Luis Garcia, who started Game 3 and pitched decently into the 4th inning, allowing just one run. The Braves counter with Max Fried, the best healthy arm remaining in their rotation, though he got blown up for six runs in Game 2. Now that they’re back in an American League park, the DH returns to the lineup and the pitchers don’t need to hit anymore.
