Game Thread #152: Athletics vs. Royals

Good evening and welcome to one of the most exciting playoff races in recent memory, as the A’s are trying to hang on to the first Wild Card spot and host a Wild Card game two weeks from tomorrow. Games like last night are not helping the cause and here’s to getting back on the winning track tonight.

I am baseballgirl and I will be hosting this Tuesday thread, bringing you every pitch, every triumph, and hopefully, we will all be singing Celebration very soon.
