After nearly running the table in strikeouts for about half of this game, the A’s thanks to a(nother!) home run by Sean Murphy, a two-run double by Matt Olson and an RBI single by Khris Davis, tied the game and took a 5-2 lead, just in time for the major league debut of Jesus Luzardo. He struck out two and threw one big mistake ball for a solo home run.

The A’s lead 5-3 going to the seventh.
