This game is the most annoying ever. The A’s, thanks to two Rangers’ errors to open the game, loaded the bases with no one out, and only sent one run across the plate in the first. And one in the second. And none in the third, despite runners all over the bases in all three innings. Granted, Khris Davis swinging a badminton racquet over his head for two consecutive strike threes didn’t help, but you know what else didn’t? A play at home that likely could have been overturned and the A’s didn’t even challenge, since they lose all the challenges anyway. It cost them THREE RUNS.
We go to the bottom of the fourth, 3-2 Rangers.
Get it together.
LET’S GO OAK-LAND!
