Happy Friday and welcome to the weekend! I wish we were on an extended win streak; I’d like to pretend that the last two games didn’t happen, but as it is, here we are, poised to do some real catch-up in the AL West. It’s still early in the season, but if the A’s want to make a move, now would be a good time. They start tonight in second place, 7.5 games back of the Astros. Let’s hope the A’s bring their “A” game tonight; Houston is good.

But the A’s, and their elite offense, can hit, and we just hope the Mike Fiers of the no-hitter shows up tonight.
