The Oakland Athletics look to take another game against the World Champs again today. After a stellar six scoreless innings from Aaron Brooks yesterday, Mike Fiers looks to keep the trend of rock solid starts alive as he takes the mound.
The Red Sox have Chris Sale looking to improve from a dismal start on Opening Day where he was rocked for seven earned runs, including three homers, over just three innings by the Mariners.
Let’s take a look at the lineups for the teams:

An important note with that A’s lineup change comes from Bob Melvin by way of Susan Slusser:
Melvin says the lineup change was basically because Kendrys Morales has hit three homers off Sale. So: that makes sense.

Based off of the A’s ability to tee off of Price for 5 home runs yesterday, I’d think we can look forward to hearing some more elephant trumpets tonight, folks.
Another pre-game update: Matt Olson is out of a soft cast, has had his stitches removed, and was out on the field for practice today, a great sign.
Melvin says Olson too some grounders today and will stand in and watch some bullpen sessions to track pitches. Melvin, for some reason, watched Olson’s stitches come out. “Eeewwwwghh,” he said, or something like that.

Gross!
Let’s go Oakland!
