Game Thread #142: Oakland Athletics vs. Houston Astros

Let’s play two! The second half of this doubleheader is all gravy for the A’s; they won the first by absolutely trouncing the Astros 11-1 for their third win in a row. They try to make it four in a row behind Daniel Mengden as they play baseball all day; the best kind!

It was noted earlier that the Cleveland Indians have now won 17 in a row. I feel petty, much like I’ve always thought about the Miami Dolphins when I root against their record...but I still do.
