Game Thread #123: Athletics at Astros

MLB: Oakland Athletics at Houston Astros Troy Taormina-USA TODAY Sports

The A’s may be a mere 19-38 on the road, and an unfortunate 2-11 versus the Astros, specifically. They may have dropped the first game of the series, and Kendall Graveman may have an ERA above seven since his return from the disabled list. But there is always a chance, despite the probabilities, and in each and every game, the team looks a little more complete, and the A’s get to show fans a multitude of reasons to hope for the future.

Graveman will be opposed by Astros starter Colin McHugh. First pitch is at 4:05. Lineups are below.
