The first two rounds will be completed on this first day, for a total of 77 picks. Teams get four minutes for each pick. Check it out on TV at MLB Network!
Some of the players who are currently expected to go at the top (and thus, possibly some of the A's top targets at No. 6), in no particular order:
- College hitters Kyle Lewis, Corey Ray, Nick Senzel, and Zach Collins
- College pitcher A.J. Puk
- High school hitter Mickey Moniak
- High school pitchers Jason Groome, Riley Pint, and Matt Manning
... but this is the A's, so it could literally anyone. Stay close to your phone, they might draft you!
