Game Thread #32: A's at Orioles

After splitting yesterday's double header, the A's fight for a series win with Kendall Graveman on the mound.

Happy Mother's Day, everyone! Remember to call your moms!

Yesterday's double header resulted in a draw between the A's and the O's, so today the two teams duke it out to determine who is the best single-vowel team of them all.

In case you missed the games yesterday, here is the recap for game one and here is the recap for game two. The A's bats came alive behind Rich Hill in game 1 and knocked in 8 runs for the second consecutive game, while in the 2nd game Oakland's offense was suppressed by Ubaldo Jimenez and Jesse Hahn had a bad inning en route to a 5-2 loss.

Kendall Graveman is the starting pitcher today for Oakland. Graveman has been shaky his last couple of outings, giving up 10 earned runs in only 12 innings pitched. When he has control of all his pitches, Graveman can be extremely good, so let's hope he's figured something out in the last week.

Pitching for the Orioles is their ace, Chris Tillman. Tillman has been good so far in 2016, racking up plenty of K's and quality starts.

Here are the lineups:
