Game Thread #31: A's at Orioles

The A's go for the double header sweep behind Jesse Hahn and his snapping curve.

Tommy Gilligan-USA TODAY Sports

After a nice morning win, the A's are back at it again against the Orioles.

This time, Jesse Hahn gets the ball. Hahn was wonderful his first time out this year with the big club, and the A's hope he can have a similar game to help preserve the pen and carry the squad to precious victory. For the Orioles, it's Ubaldo Jimenez. He's been inconsistent as the years have gone by, but has had some excellent seasons mixed in. Which version of Ubaldo will we get tonight? That'll likely decide the outcome of this game.

Shoutout to the gents starting their second game of the day - Burns, Lowrie, Reddick, Davis, Alonso, and Semien aren't phased one bit by innings 10-18.
