Rejoice, we get to watch Jesse Hahn tonight instead of Eric Surkamp! Perhaps emulating certain recent events, the front office is launching a surprise attack and taking some big swings in the form of several roster moves:

Muncy has been very good in AAA but is unlikely to see heavy usage at least over the next few days due to the preponderance of left-handed starting pitchers the A's will see. Jesse Hahn is mercifully back for another start tonight, and hopefully many more at the big league level this season.
Taking the mound for the Rangers is ace Cole Hamels. He's been good this year, as always - 2.95 ERA, more than 1 strikeout per inning, decent but not great walk rate.
