Jerome Miron-USA TODAY Sports

The Oakland A's made their final cuts of the spring on Saturday after their victory over the Giants, and their Opening Day roster now appears set. The only question remaining is the status of pitcher Felix Doubront, who exited the spring finale with forearm tightness. Not counting the possibility of Doubront, there are five players on the DL entering the year:

Henderson Alvarez
R.J. Alvarez
Sam Fuld
Jarrod Parker
Eric Sogard

Sogard was placed on the DL after the game due to his strained neck, according to Susan Slusser of the S.F. Chronicle. Parker is on the 60-day DL, Henderson Alvarez is hopeful to return sometime in May, R.J. Alvarez is recovering from a minor procedure, and Fuld sprained a shoulder during the spring. As for Doubront:

The final cuts of the spring included Andrew Lambo, Matt McBride, Eric Surkamp, Patrick Schuster, Sean Manaea, Matt Chapman, and Bruce Maxwell.
