The Oakland A's made their final cuts of the spring on Saturday after their victory over the Giants, and their Opening Day roster now appears set. The only question remaining is the status of pitcher Felix Doubront, who exited the spring finale with forearm tightness. The final roster announcement won't be made until the lefty's MRI results come in, says Jane Lee of MLB.com.

Not counting the possibility of Doubront, there are five players on the DL entering the year:
Henderson Alvarez
R.J. Alvarez
Sam Fuld
Jarrod Parker
Eric Sogard
Sogard was placed on the DL after the game due to his strained neck, according to Susan Slusser of the S.F. Chronicle. Parker is on the 60-day DL, Henderson Alvarez is hopeful to return sometime in May, R.J. Alvarez is recovering from a minor procedure, and Fuld sprained a shoulder during the spring. As for Doubront:
Sounds as if Hahn would be first choice if Doubront were to go on DL. Doubront is getting an MRI now. Has had before, doesn't think serious.
