Game Thread #158: Oakland Athletics at Los Angeles Angels

So. We meet again, game thread. Look, I don't like you and you don't like me, but we've got two more games in us for the 2015 season under the baseballgirl mantle, so let's do this. And while we're doing this, let's at least make an attempt at spoiling the Angels' season, shall we?

Happy Tuesday and welcome to another exciting game of A's baseball! (That was sarcastic, in case it needed a disclaimer.)

Today's hard-luck starting pitcher is one Chris Bassitt, who sports an ERA of 3.07, yet holds a record of 1-7 on the season. Can't we please get the poor guy his second win before the season comes to a close? Also, did I mention that this game counts for the Angels, who are making a late-season playoff push?
