Jesse Chavez takes on call-up Allen Webster in today's rubber game as the A's try to win the series against the Diamondbacks.

Good afternoon and a happy Sunday to you! The A's will send Jesse Chavez to the mound today, fresh off a disastrous start last week in which he squandered an early 5-0 lead, and ended up with the loss. Chavez has been inconsistent, to say the least, this season; his start before that was a gem against the Dodgers.

The A's will be throwing the following lineup out this afternoon; Vogt, fresh off his hot bat in yesterday's game, will be playing first, while Phegley catches. Chavez will be batting.
