Chris Bassitt nearly made it through six innings, but had the bad fortune of hitting Robinson Cano with two strikes and two outs, setting the stage for a double and a two-RBI single by Seth Smith to overtake the A's slim 1-0 lead, courtesy of Sam Fuld's first home run of the year. To be fair, Sam Fuld also GIDP'd with a runner on third and one out last inning. The A's are down 2-1, going to the bottom of the sixth inning. LET'S GO OAK-LAND!
