Billy Burns' last day off was two consecutive games June 26-27 due to leg tightness.
Sam Fuld will play center field this afternoon and bat eighth and shortstop Marcus Semien will lead off against San Francisco Giants left-hander Madison Bumgarner:

Chris Bassitt recalled, Angel Castro optioned
As expected, the A's recalled right-handed pitcher Chris Bassitt to rejoin the starting rotation in place of the injured Jesse Hahn. Bassitt has made three starts for the A's to the tune of a 2.65 ERA while striking out nine and walking two.
Angel Castro was optioned to the Triple-A Nashville Sounds after getting a one-day callup in place of Arnold Leon, who had pitched several innings in Thursday's bullpen game. Castro pitched one inning on Friday, allowing two hits but striking out one and allowing no runs to score. The 32-year-old Castro has a 3.40 ERA in 42⅓ innings in Triple-A this year.
