Oakland As target Nori Aoki.

Nori Aoki was a having a career year with the giants before he got hurt. He ended up with a very solid slash of 287/353/380. Nori Aoki gets on base which is something the Athletics love and he rarely ever strikes out. To put that in context he had 30 walks to 25 strikeouts. A one two punch of Billy Burns and Nori Aoki would be incredibly solid.

Nori Aoki lost a bit of speed last season after fracturing his right fibula but it is almost guaranteed that he will recover his lost speed. But hes still good to steal 15-25 bases a year. Billy Burns and Nori Aoki both are very good at fouling off pitches.

Another great thing about Aoki is that he would be very cheap he made only 5 million last year and he could he worth even less this off season. He could potentially only make about 3 million dollars with a club option. Even if he wasn't as good as he was last season he could still become a great back up for Coco Crisp. It would give us a team thats even harder to strikeout plus it would give us really good speed on top of the line up.

It would be a great buy low high value pick up for the As.
