Fantasy Baseball Week 19 Waiver Wire, Sleepers and FanDuel Daily Value Picks

It's week 19 of the Fantasy Baseball season and there's only two weeks left until most leagues begin their playoffs. Are you still in the hunt for your league championship?

Injuries

Carlos Gonzalez and Troy Tulowitzski of the Colorado Rockies are both done for the season. Neither of them is on any "Undroppables" list that I can find so you may as well drop both of them if you are in a standard league.

Jacob deGrom of the New York Mets is also on the disabled list with a sore rotator cuff. You might want to drop him unless you have an empty DL spot as I don't think the Mets will be taking any chances with him.

Jed Lowrie of the Oakland A's is on the 15 day disabled list with a broken finger. You might want to replace him if you can or DL him if you have a spot available.

Homer Bailey of the Cincinnati Reds is out but might still pitch again this season. I would place him on the DL if you have a spot and if you don't you might want to look for other options.

Manny Machado of the Baltimore Orioles is on the 15 day DL with a sprained knee. He's another one that I would replace or DL if there is a spot available.

Week 19 Waiver Wire Pick-Ups

Mike Fiers SP Brewers: Fiers has been on fire his last 2 starts striking out 19 batters in just 14 innings of work. With Matt Garza on the DL Fiers will get the nod at least 2 more times so grab this young fella while he's still available. (Stats)

Carl Crawford OF Dodgers: Crawford has had 10 hits in his last 4 games and with the Padres and Mets coming to town next week maybe its time to take a chance on Crawford this week? I don't know about you but I'm going with Crawford. (Stats)

Jody Mercer SS Pirates: It's been a tough season for the Pirates but Mercer has been one of the more consistent Pirates this season. I like his slash line of .264/.313/.384/.696 as well. With Tulo and Lowrie out Mercer should be able to at least get you some decent numbers this week. (Stats)

Lorenzo Cain OF Royals: Cain has produced for the first place Royals and his slash line of .299/.338/.410/.748 is a nice thing to see. What's even nicer to see is his .377 BABIP...Cain is definitely able to fill the void Gonzo has left behind. (Stats)
