NLCS/ALCS Game 3 open thread: Cardinals at Giants, Orioles at Royals

Both the American and National Leagues resume their championships today, beginning at 1:00 PM Pacific Time.

The National League goes first with a 1:00 PM Pacific Time game between the visiting St. Louis Cardinals and the home San Francisco Giants. That series is tied at one game apiece. NLCS Game 3 will be televised on Fox Sports 1.

The American League resumes its championship series after rain postponed Monday's game in Kansas City. The Kansas City Royals lead the Baltimore Orioles two games to none, and the Royals have not lost a postseason game since 1985. ALCS Game 3 gets underway at 5:00 PM Pacific Time, and will be televised on TBS.

ALCS lineups are not yet available.

Also, a reminder that at 7:00 PM Pacific Time, ESPN will be broadcasting 30 for 30: The Day the Series Stopped, a 60-minute documentary on the events surrounding the Loma Prieta Earthquake that halted the 1989 Bay Bridge Series.
