Tiebreaker GameThread: Rays at Rangers

A's fans, we got nothing to do 'til Friday, may as well watch and comment on this.

Ian, FYI, this is how much regular people have to pay to watch you play. Next time ask your mascot before you mouth off, idiot.

Good thing we don't have to play today...suckers!

At least this game is in Texas, and we can avoid all the stories about fans not showing up (which as Oakland fans we have come to know and love). Wait...what? Ian Kinsler is whining about Rangers fans not showing up? 40,000 fans showing up to a game seems fine to me. I mean, it's more than all but a few teams, but math was never Ian's strong suit.

I still don't know who I'm rooting for as I genuinely dislike both teams. I think what I'm rooting for is a terrible bonehead play to lose the game for one of the teams, which I can then use to mercilessly mock said player for the rest of his career. I can definitely tell you what I'm not rooting for: Umpires deciding the game with a bad call or calls. I'm with the Rangers' mascot on that one.

I think it's clear that the Rays have the better end of the matchup with David Price taking the mound vs. Martin Perez, but you never know. The Rangers are betting against the cliched sports storyline of "rust" by inserting Nelson Cruz in their lineup after a 50-game suspension. At least Wash was smart enough not to start him in the field.

Anyways, here are your lineups, thread away!
