Well, that was fun. The A's hit two solo home runs which, in part, staked them to a 3-0 lead, but that wasn't nearly enough run support for Dan Straily tonight, who melted down spectacularly in the fourth inning, giving up 6 runs. Jesse Chavez was called in to finish the inning, and the A's are trailing 6-3. The Baltimore crowd is fired up, and I don't blame them. Here's to hoping for some more A's offense. LET'S GO OAK-LAND!
