If you were unfortunate enough to be conscious or have access to a TV, something happened yesterday which I will not say anything about, but it can be summed up in 1 gif.
Um yeah... so Onward!
One thing I have not seen was this piece of info. Bad news for Jordon Noberto.
It's a left elbow strain for @rivercats LHP Jordan Norberto, I'm told, and there is no timetable for his return. #Athletics

Update:
Jordan Norberto tells me he expects to be out about six weeks with left elbow strain for @rivercats. No surgery expected, so that is relief.

So strike up another one on the injury front.
Yesterday, I had the fortunate and unfortunate chance to go to Wrigley Field and watch the Cubs whollop the Giants. I say that, because my friend and I, freezing in the 30 degree air (it was supposed to be 70, and it was maybe 55 outside the stadium, but not inside), left in the 6th inning, before which the Cubs had hit 2 2 Run HR's. I got home and saw that they eventually lost in extra innings, and that the big Giant comeback happened right after we left.
Unfortunately, I got home right in time to turn on MLBTV and see the A's game, so...
