Through clever platooning, the A's literally have two players at every position.

I hate to use the expression "must win game!!!!!!" but we may well look back at February 24th and say, "I had a good sandwich that day." So make yourself a killer sandwich, kick back, and enjoy the A's and Angels from Tempe.

Debuts a-plenty today, as only Scott Sizemore and Adam Rosales are from yesterday's Cactus League opener, and Sizemore was the DH (he's at 2B today). The Angels appear sans Mike Trout, Josh Hamilton (not scheduled to play for the first 7-10 days) and Albert Pujols (not expected to play until mid-March), not to mention -- ok, I'm mentioning them -- Howie Kendrick, Erick Aybar, Peter Bourjos, Alberto Callaspo...Seriously, guys? Travis Blackley against Barry Enright. And a parade of relievers, fo' shizzle.

A reminder: As part of our "Write Guest Recaps" promotion, two ANers, "Evan_TJF" and "eastbaywolverine," will be publishing recaps as Fanposts after the game. "Rec" the one you like best in order to cast your vote!
