Oh, Trevor. Remember when no one could agree about why you were awesome or precisely how awesome you were? Now, ever since you started the season 6-0 your major league leading 13 losses have helped to underscore the common ground on which we can all agree: Cahill has been not so good recently. Not so good at all.

Cahill draws a tough opponent today in Michael Pineda, but with a win today the A's can win a series from Seattle...for the first time this year. Yesterday's 9-2 win marked the major league debut of Michael Taylor, who promptly made an error on the first play of the game before going 0 for 3 with a BB. He'll give it another whirl Sunday, but is not in today's lineup, which come courtesy of Baseball Press, who secured them from...well, who really knows?

Update: Oh by the way, McCarthy's actually the one pitching today. Oopsies.
