Well, if the A's had wanted to get back in the race by gaining some games against the AL West in this last week before the All Star Game, they are doing a pretty poor job of it. After losing two nailbiters to a division rival (remember when everyone made fun of Seattle; good times), the A's will try once again to right the ship (although it's looking more and more like The Titanic) and salvage a game in the series before being destroyed by playing Texas this weekend.
Guillermo Moscoso will be facing off against Jason Vargas. The good news? Vargas is not Felix Hernandez. The bad news? We still have the A's offense.
