Last Friday, Ben Sheets did something he hasn't done in a very long time: He got a win for the A's.
"I like wins," Sheets said after the 14-4 win against Pittsburgh.
So so we, Ben, so do we.
The A's have finally done a little winning of their own; they hold a modest 4-game winning streak coming into tonight's contest. I wont mention that it's against arguably two of the worst clubs in MLB, but a win is a win; whether it comes against the Yankees, or say, the Orioles.
Rajai Davis is sitting out again tonight; the victim of a blistering hot Coco Crisp, who has been impossible to get out since he returned to the club. Crisp and the A's offense will be taking on Kevin Millwood, who is on a two-game hot streak of his own, after starting the season with an 0-8 record.
Can the A's make it 5 in a row? Find out right now!
