Open Thread: Game 117 - A's vs. White Sox

Coming off one of his best starts in the season's second half -- and breaking a string of 3 starts in a row in which he had allowed at least 5 ER -- Trevor Cahill tries to keep the ball in the park against a White Sox team that is gifted at leaving the yard. Cahill is opposed by lefty John Danks, whose last 5 starts have gone W, L, W, L, W. Sorry, John, and danks in advance.

I'll be at the game today, but that's ok because the A's aren't 2-13 when I attend, right 67MARQUEZ? Right. In fact, the only time I've seen Cahill pitch in person, he took a no-hitter into the 7th inning. (What? The A's lost that game 1-0? Bummer.)
