As first reported by Helloooo 1st, the Oakland A's optioned right-handed pitcher Sean Gallagher to Triple-A Sacramento.

Per the press release:

The A's will make a corresponding 25-man roster move tomorrow.

Let the speculation begin.

Sean Gallagher was 1-0 with an 8.10 ERA in three relief outings.
