But first, they must put down once again the local forces of reactionary counter-revolution. The tide of history drives your boats out to sea, fighting players of San Francisco! Lay down your oars, and succumb to the maelstrom. Your reward shall be satisfaction in knowing and seeing first-hand the glorious principles by which these Athletics of Oakland shall impose a new order on the world.
