The A's and Los Kirk with a 7-7 record and a 4.68 ERA take on the Twins and Matt Guerrier who makes his first start since 2004.
I hate this situation because the A's always, always seem to struggle against guys that they don't know well. The A's do have several ABs against him, but you just never know with our lovable muppets.

In the limited ABs against Guerrier, Swisher has gone deep and Kendall and Payton have multiple hits. So we shall see. This is a key game given that the A's will be facing Liriano tomorrow.

The Twins also haven't faced Los Kirk very often, but Punto and (who else?) Morneau have done well. Especially A's killer Morneau with two bombs off Saarloos. Hopefully the turf helps Los Kirk instead of hurts tonight.
