I am friends with a member of the Fisher family and was in vegas with him and John Fisher whom I didn't get much of a chance to talk to...but after a wild night out John took the private jet back from vegas at 8:30 am to make a helicopter flight last friday.  The purpose of the helicopter flight was to fly around the east bay looking for potential sites.  My friend indicated they want to stay in Oakland and that the most likely place maybe to build in the coliseum vacinity...or if that fails Fremont is a big possibility especially with the potential draw from San Jose as well.

Just thought I would pass this along from the horses families mouth.  

Not earth scatering news...but validates that they are looking in the east bay as their main focus.
