I was reading the interview with Lew, and I thought immediately about the fact that he is having trouble with his proposal in buyng out the 80 other property owners that have control of the current land.

The government, if they wanted to, could use eminent domain to clear out the land so that the A's could pave the way for their new ball park. If the city advocates the plan, we could have it so that all of the land owners recieve just compensation for their land, and Lew could build his new ballpark!!

I'm just wondering why Lew hasnt done this already, so maybe he needs some more support? Political advocacy on AN? could it work?
