The A's and Danny Haren with an 8-7 record and a 4.26 ERA take on the Indians and Scott Elarton with a 6-5 record and a 4.66 ERA.
As I mentioned in the wrap last night, the A's faced Elarton earlier in the season and didn't have a whole lot of success against him. But that was right before the recent offensive surge.
The A's were shut down by Westbrook last night. Let's hope it was a quick blip on the screen.
The A's lineup still doesn't include Mark Kotsay and his cranky back:
Kendall
Swisher
Crosby
Chavez
Hatteberg
Kielty
Johnson
Payton
Scutaro
Marco! Scutaro! makes a return to the lineup, hitting in the nine-hole.
The Indians counter with this offense:
Sizemore
Crisp
Peralta
Martinez
Liefer
Belliard
Boone
Broussard
Blake
The A's have won each of their last four series and 13 of their last 15. Let's keep that going against the Indians, who the A's are 1-4 against so far this year.
LET'S GO A'S!!!!!!!
