Open Thread: Game 72 - A's at Seattle

The A's and Los Kirk with a 3-4 record and a 4.34 ERA take on the M's and Ryan Franklin with a 3-8 record and a 4.46 ERA.

The A's try and rebound from a devastating loss last night. The bullpen was taxed last night, which is partly why the loss hurts so badly.
Basically, it will likely be up to Los Kirk, Yabu and Ron Flores to try and take this game. Calero might be good for a batter or two if necessary. And possibly Rincon. But it could be a managerial ballet to try and get through this one.

The A's lineup looks like this (Apparently Macha still hasn't learned to leave well enough alone):

Kotsay
Kendall
Chavez
Hatteberg
Kielty
Johnson
Ellis
Swisher
Scutaro

It's strange that Crosby wouldn't be out there again today, given that it's good to get someone right back on the horse. Maybe he's hurt? Hatteberg is back at cleanup and Kendall and Kotsay have been flip-flopped once more. Ugh.

The Mariners go with this lineup:

Suzuki
Winn
Beltre
Sexson
Ibanez
Boone
Reed
Morse
Borders

LET'S GO A'S!!!!!!!
