The A's and Kirk Saarloos with a 1-1 record and a 6.30 ERA look to take the series from the White Sox and Freddy Garcia with a 2-1 record and a 3.21 ERA.
I'm still in shock that we scored nine runs last night. Course the White Sox helped a bit with that.

I'm a bit shocked that Kielty isn't in the lineup once again today, but the A's need to try to get Thomas going at some point. It's just surprising that with some of the good at-bats Kielty has had lately that we'd send him to the bench.

AssJack returns to the lineup today and I'm sure he'll be welcomed by a resounding chorus of boos.
It'd be nice to take the series from the best team in the AL right now. A nice little way of announcing that we're back.
