Open Thread: Second Spring Training Game

To kick start the discussion, I've added the poll below about which of the former A's Fantastic Four will have the lowest ERA at the end of 2005.

I personally think Zito has a good chance here, especially if he's gotten back to what he does best, and that's throwing that curve for strikes. Plus, he's got that two-seamer to help him now.

But the reality is that Hudson with Leo Mazzone probably means the lowest ERA, possibly in baseball. I mean if Mazzone can make John Thomson and Mike Hampton quality pitchers, imagine what he's going to do for Huddy. That is, if Hudson's hip holds up for a season.
