ANtics Episode 3.04: Growing Up Geren
Much of the early concerns around this year's A's have been injury-related, whether the focus is Rich Harden, Bobby Crosby, or now, Justin Duchscherer... but Bob Geren is getting his feet wet, learning the nuances of big league managing. The ANtics check in on some of factors in his thought process.

waits in front of mac for hours
for ANtics to appear....makes a comment, then goes to bed.
Sorry for the delay
Let's say we've learned that AN 3.0 prefers Opera over Safari and Mac/Firefox. More investigations are forthcoming.
This is so funny!!!
Imagine if those pictures were real!

Did you vote for 'hairstylist'?
Obviously that should be a priority over, umm, let's say, medical staff or whatever?!
(kidding)
I voted 'other'
Geren should focus on keeping the team healthy!

One of the funniest ANtics in a while...
Poor Melhuse! Hairy Nick! Clutchy VMC!
Poor Melhuse indeed
I almost feel guilty about that one. Almost.
Other!
Injury Avoidance! I don't care what it takes, Geren; medicine, chiropracty, massage therapy, aromatherapy, acupuncture, meditation, homeopathy, astrology, whatever! Just do something about the disabled list!
P.S. Go A's! Damn, Spring training is sweet. It's been so long.

Along those lines ..
.. this article at the A's mlb Site is encouraging:

nothing against louis,
but please, no polls on the front page. that's kind of yucky.
We're learning.
The previous version put the polls beneath the fold, so to speak. This one only allows polls on diaries and not stories. Soon, we will have our training wheels removed. :-)
I Voted Other
Geren's focus should be on winning.
On a similar note, here are my bold predictions for the 2007 Season.
- In each and every game, the team that scores the most runs will win.
- The team that wins the most games in the AL West will win the division.
- The team that wins the most games in the postseason will win the World Series.
