As a fun activity to pass the time while waiting for real baseball to return, my daughter and I performed Casey at the Bat. Hopefully it'll brighten your day a little!

57 minutes but well worth it. What do you think AN? The main points are in the first 15 minutes.
Looking for signs that Sonny Gray is back? He didn't record double-digit strikeouts even once last season during his off-year, but on Wednesday he fanned 11 batters and looked great doing so. Sonny is shining in 2017!
Outta Da Pak Mark! And against Boston, no less. The Big League Foodie's favorite dessert is apparently walk-off pie.
On Saturday it was an Adam Rosales single off K-Rod. On Sunday it was a Ryon Healy homer, again off K-Rod. And on Monday against the Angels it was a dinger by Jed Lowrie, his second of the night. The last time the A's notched three straight walk-offs was June 1-3 of 2004, with one of them coming on a homer by current bench coach Mark Kotsay. It's a hat trick, if the hat was made out of pies.

Francisco Rodriguez entered Saturday with 437 career saves. He finished the day with the same number.
I'd give him a hand for this great effort, but it seems he already has two amazing ones.
