Upon seeing outfielder Matt Kemp appear in the clubhouse at 8:30 a.m., according to MLB.com, Manny Ramirez called out, "You're late. I was here at 6:30." "I was here three weeks ago," Kemp retorted, according to MLB.com.

A's or Athleticsnation Theme?

I was wondering if there was anyone out there that could make an A's or even an Athleticsnation Theme for a blackberry storm. I'm sure I'm not the only blackberry storm owner on this site, and bugging the hell out of me that I can't find an A's theme. So, I was hoping someone, who is much better at that stuff then me could help me out. I would even pay for it, if it was done really well. But, I think bunch of other people who own this phone would really appreciate it also. Heck, then the owner could put it on crackberry.com with a donation link and make a little more cash off it too. Just an idea for anyone who is good at this stuff... and bored.

Just thought I'd sneak this in...

I don't want to start no fuss, but I got a really strong feeling that Bobby Crosby, the target of your hate, is gonna have a pretty good year this year. I don't want to lay out too many stats, 'cuz I don't swing that way, but I feel it in my bones that he's gonna hit 20 bombs and stop embarrassing himself on low and outside pitches. That is all.

What If? All this talk about Giambi, Randy Johnson, and Tejada makes me wonder. If the A's had RJ in 2001 do you think they would have won the World Series? I guess the Diamondbacks wouldn't have won the WS without Johnson so I would say yes.

Does anyone know what the coupon code(s) is for Thursday Sept. 18th's game? I checked all of the A's e-mails and couldn't find it. If you have one for Wednesday, too, please pass it along. For the future, is there a reliable place to get these codes? I get some in the e-mails, but it seems like there's a lot that I don't get.
