The next domino has fallen. The Oakland Athletics have followed up their Cespedes-for-Lester swap by trading surplus starting pitcher Tommy Milone to the Minnesota Twins.

Oh. That can't be all, can it? For now, that appears to be all. Good lord. The A's had Fuld on Opening Day but waived him because they had way better players. Now they're paying a serious price. And Milone is paying a serious price for requesting a trade from a World Series favorite. Now he gets to live in Minnesota.
