A's Ticket Question

Hello A's brethren, my name is Chris I am from New Orleans, Louisiana and I will be attending my FIRST Oakland A's home game. I have been a life long fan since I was born, Nov 1988. My dad, also born and raised in New Orleans, became an Athletics fan back in the 70s. He says "All the teams back then had similar colors. Then there were the A's with green and yellow. They also had facial hair and long hair running down their neck. They were different so I became a fan." As technology has grown, internet and etc, we have grown to become bigger fans and make the trip to Houston when we play in Houston. We love our A's as if they were the New Orleans Saints, New Orleans Pelicans, or LSU Tigers. I have seen our A's play in Arlington, Houston, Tampa, and Boston. (Here comes the question) I booked a trip to visit my buddy in the Fresno area and decided to attend the Wednesday May 14th 12:35 pt game against the Chicago White Sox. This will be my first visit to the Bay Area and more importantly my first A's home game.

Question:

Everyday since January I have checked Stubhub, Ticketmaster, and even on SB Nation ticket exchange for tickets to this game... Since it is a noon pitch I figure prices will lower. Should I wait closer to May 13th (when I leave for Cali) to purchase my tickets? I want to sit somewhere around the dugout from sections 119-123. Ideal spot would be row 1 in section 119. I need 3 tickets. Should I get row 19 tickets and be able to sit lower during the game? Just trying to get a feel for what is okay for game day at O.Co.

Thanks! Any info is great and I am looking forward to reading y'alls comments.
