Should the A's be pursuing Nick Franklin?

Apparently some of the fall-out of Seattle's big contract with Cano is that prospect 2B/SS Nick Franklin is now available. The 2B/SS market was pretty bare, but now Seattle is shopping this guy and apparently the Mets are interested. Should the A's be?

Looking at the projections, Oliver is over the moon for this guy predicting a 3 WAR pace. Steamer is much more pessimistic seeing a replacement level performance. The Fans are over optimistic. Zips sees him as a 2 WAR guy. There's also the possibility that he can play SS better than Lowrie can. Overall, though those are some pretty impressive numbers for a rookie.

For Sogard the highs and lows are closer, low being 0.8 WAR and the high for full time play being Oliver at 1.7. Steamer sees him as a 1 WAR guy.

If you squint hard enough maybe Franklin can give you 1 win now and has much higher upside. I don't see Sogard getting much better than he is already.

So what would you trade for this guy? (Keep in mind that marginal wins right now are super valuable since the A's are contenders but not really clearly better than Texas or LA)

To me only Parker, Gray, Russell, Donaldson, Cespedes, Lowrie, and Norris would be out of the question.
