Hey guys, athleticsperson01 here, and this week I kind of want to go in a different direction. Instead of talking about what players the A's should get, I want to talk about a certain person. I'm not saying this at all to negatively hurt Lew Wolff in anyway, personally, just how he's doing his job as employee/owner of the A's. Ever since the dinosaurs roamed the Earth, the A's are looking for a new, updated, awesome stadium, to get away from the hideous dump that is O.co Coliseum. Pushing that aside for now, the green and gold has had recent success winning two straight AL West titles (2012-2013.) Heck, this is the home of the group of guys that won 3 consecutive world series titles (1972-1974.) To an A's fan, they would be like,"Why would you want to move away from all the history, and all those great moments?" Back to Lew Wolff, in his head watching all this success in 2012, and this year, he's probably half thinking "This isn't supposed to happen! We're supposed to be this team everybody can beat upon!" Secretly, while being interviewed he hides all this anger, and is just shocked, being replaced by this positive, happy guy wearing this fake mask. Is San Jose the better location, though? Positives, the A's host an All-Star Game in the sometime future. Airtime on ESPN? The Marlins got that. New uniforms. Obviously. New mascot? An elephant should still work in a supposed waterfront ballpark. The list could go on and on. Negative, for people like me that live in a small city in the East Bay, it'll be a longer commute to see the San Jose A's, as it would be hard for some other folks. Positives for staying in Oakland? Another year as the Oakland A's, cheering on the green and gold. It's all how you look at it. Thanks again guys for reading and all comments are welcome!
