Baseball Girl's post about a SoCal A's Fan Meetup got me thinking about the possibility of an NRAF Chicago (or Mid-West) meet up. As I have just recently purchased a house in Wrigleyville (where better for a Baseball fan in Chicago?), I thought that I would test the waters to gauge interest in an NRAF Chicago/MidWest Meet up.

The day for such a meet up would also need to be determined, with a Weekend being the most likely. Of the upcoming weekend series available to us, the series that look best are:

9/15 Orioles @ Oakland (8 PM Central)
9/16 Orioles @ Oakland (3 PM Central)

9/22 Oakland @ New York (TBD)
9/23 Oakland @ New York (12 PM Central)

9/29 Seattle @ Oakland (3 PM Central)
9/30 Seattle @ Oakland (3 PM Central)

My personal preference would be 9/15 or 9/16 versus the Orioles, as we are directly competing with them for the Wild Card.

My place in Wrigleyville is likely big enough for an AN Gathering in Chicago, and MLBTV + 46" TV should be good enough for us, unless someone else has a better location.
