I hope this is the right place to ask this question but I'm doing a project relating to A's history. Originally, I intended to base it on Charlie O for the innovations and contributions he made to the team and all of baseball, so I was wondering if anyone knew of any good articles written about him (not just wiki). Also, I'm too young to really know his fan impact personally so I was wondering how fans really felt about him. I know, some of our players were at odds with him so did that change how fans perceived him? Finally, how do fans feel about Connie Mack? Is there anyone out there who thinks I should base my project around him instead? Thanks for the help everyone! I look forward to hearing what you all think.
