I am a die hard A's fan from Greensboro, NC since the Catfish Hunter days of the early 70's. Currently living in Northern Virginia... The A's are and will forever be my team.

I have to admit I would love to see the A's make their next home in Charlotte... North Carolina supports sports very well on the professional level (except the Bobcats)... and college sports as well. I think the A's will remain in Northern Cal.. Charlotte's shot at a MLB franchise will possibly be the Tampa Rays... Florida just doesn't support the Marlins or the Rays. Maybe the Rays will migrate to North Carolina one day? North Carolina has the NFL, NHL, NBA.... I hope one day a MLB team will come to Charlotte or Raleigh.
