A handful of us New York Based A's fans are getting together on Tuesday May 1st to watch the A's-Red Sox game at Foley's in Manhattan. The game starts at 7pm EST and Foley's is located on 33rd st. between 5th and 6th in Midtown. If you are like me and are starving to watch a game with fellow A's fans then you should swing by. We will most likely be seated at the tables in the back of the bar, but im sure you'll be able to spot the group in A's gear. If you are planning to come by please say so in the comments below so that we can let the Bar know how many to expect.

The plan is to eventually make this a monthly meet-up and slowly try to build a community among NY A's fans and a little taste of the Bay for those of us so far from home. Also please "Like" our facebook page NYC A's Fans FB Page as that is where I plan to organize future meet ups and that is where I plan to reach out to A's fans everywhere traveling to Yankee Stadium in this and future seasons.

So in short If you are in the NY Area and can make it on tuesday, I look forward to meeting you. If not like our facebook page anyways and we will see you when you come out to Yankee Stadium to watch A's take it to the Fankees.
