They actually just renovated Muni in 2003, and did a great job
I may be a bit biased, but I think Muni is the best park here. HoHoKam is also a nice one, so if they have to move, the A’s are making a good choice.
The renovations sure made it last longer, but I don't see it as a viable stadium in the next 5-10 years without major improvements.
I’m not sure all those required improvements are possible within the size of that lot.
I haven’t been to them all, but I think Muni has the best outfield views of the ones I have visited.
